Question by xtinct2: How much does a regional jet produce in revenue over it's life span?

Over the life of an average 80-90 seater regional jet (like the CRJ900) operating in North America, how much revenue would it bring in for the airline.

i know this answer has a million "it depends" associated with it, but a ball park would be good. And also a brief explanation of how you got the figures. :)
