What cause people to stop believing in vampires and witches, etc?
Question by Nadia Smith:
What cause people to stop believing in vampires and witches, etc?
I mean, way back when, weren't vampires and witches and whatnots believed in just as much as the human species? So much that they were feared and innocent humans were killed because they were assumed to be said myhtical creatures?
So, how did people begin to realize those species weren't real?
How did we get from being terrified of those species, to realizing they weren't real, and even drooling over the idea of such species?

we evolved and grew smarter, realized that there were logical reasons behind the mysteries of these people. the only reason people believed in these "beings" was to be able to put a label on the unknown, and make excuses to terminate them because they were afraid of the unknown.
